We are pleased to announce that we are open from Tuesday 28th July 2020

Dinner served from 6pm Tuesday through Saturday.  Our 2020 menu designed by our culinary team changes slightly from time to time to reflect seasonal produce availability .... Basils Tastes of the Haughmond menu is also available Tuesday through Saturday between 6pm and 7.30pm - it is not necessary to book this menu in advance, however should any of your party have any specific dietary requirements it is advisable to let us know on booking (24 hours at least prior to your booking)....we hope you enjoy it!

Ham hock & belly terrine, pineapple chutney, sage

Pigeon breast & spiced kofta, beetroot, yoghurt, walnut

Homemade crumpet, confit yolk, red onion, chives, onion sauce


Halibut, cep tortellini, baked celeriac, braised baby gem, lemon

Beef sirloin, pomme anna, globe artichoke, kale, salsa verde, red wine jus

Poached chicken breast, bacon crumb, garlic cabbage, cauliflower, chestnut, chicken jus

Butternut squash fondant, risotto, Per Las, balsamic sunflower seeds


Mandarin parfait, passion fruit & chocolate macaron, orange, white chocolate crumb

Blackberries, hibiscus panna cotta, salsify, marrigold

Fig sticky toffee, honey glazed fig, balsamic sauce, clotted cream

Cheese - Selection of 4 British cheeses, grape chutney, fig, lavoche crackers, oat biscuit
